Workshops and Career Panels

The Career Development Office will host a variety of workshops and panels to educate, prepare, and support you in our students’s job search process. Workshop will include topics such as self-assessment, resumes, cover letters, crafting your story, networking, interviewing etiquette, and international topics. Industry-focused panels, resume reviews, mock interviews, and networking sessions provide additional hands-on experiences. Experts and visiting executives from various fields and industries will be sharing insight and advice through career-related panels and one-on-one office hours.

On-Campus Recruitment

AIMR's on-campus recruitment will take place in the fall for second-year students . AIMR will try to bring companies from a wide range of industries to conduct interviews of students for full-time and intern positions. To ensure that all students have equal opportunity to interview with their top companies, we require that every company recruit during on-campus recruiting season reserve at least half its interview slots for assignment through a student bidding process. We also have options for off-campus recruitment that increases access still more.

Individual Counseling

The Career Development Office will provide one-on-one attention to every student. Counseling will help student to focus on job search, write a top-notch resumes, improve interviewing skills, and ultimately maximize placement options.
